Odyssey Hazard Rim
First let’s start out with the facts. The Odyssey Hazard Rim is triple walled and aluminum. It comes in 48h, although I am pretty sure Odyssey has stopped making them. You can still purchase the rim in mail orders until they are sold out. Anyway, I got my Hazard Rim about a year and a half ago. At that time, weight wasn’t really an issue for me, so I just went for the strongest Rim I could think of. (The Hazard Rim is approx. 25oz)

I’d say I am a pretty sketchy rider, and do a lot of 180s and spin tricks, so I always tend to land back wheel first. It took some rough falls at times, but still was able to hold up fine. After over a year, I had only had one barely noticeable ding in the top of the rim, but it did not affect anything really. The chrome was decent too. A little wore off in spots, but other than that, my brakes always worked fine. I really liked this rim, and would recommended it to anyone who isn’t a too much of a weight freak, like I have become. I ended up selling this Rim (with the Odyssey old style cassette) to someone, and he said he likes it very much.
