Reviews: KHE K-Pro Stem
The KHE K-pro stem is better than the Bizhouse Dialyser. I hope you're not diabetic because this review is going to be pretty sweet. The K-pro stem is the shit/bomb/business. It is next, strict, and metro. What I mean is that it is good. Super good. Like even better than a Bizhouse Dialyser. Yepper. Let me start by saying that I loved my Dialyser. I never had problems with it crushing the fork or letting the bars slip. I've just found that the K-pro is better in almost every way. For one it's lighter. My scale say that the K-pro is a fraction under half a pound. The k-pro has the lowest stack height of any flatland stem I've used. The Dialyser has the highest. The Bizhouse stem prohibits the use of a gyro on many forks. The k-pro is short enough to accommodate a gyro on almost any fork. Finally the K-pro is plain easier to install and adjust than the dialyser. Installing the Dialyser you have to adjust tilt and twist simultaneously, with the k-pro you do this independently. The Kpro has held my bars and fork every bit as tightly as the Dialyser and In my opinion the K-pro is better looking (once you get used to the hole in the front). In fact the only problem I've found in the 15 months I've used the k-pro stem is that there are two sharp edges on the top of it. I've never cut myself on them but they're there and they're sharp enough to cut meat. Watch out for them. Truth be told both stems are great choices for someone seeking a minimal offset stem but the K-pro has more going for it and it costs $20 LESS than the Bizhouse stem. For me that's the final, winning blow.
